In order for a student to be eligible for the Industrial Attachment, he or she must have passed at least 4 units during the course of his or her studies.

The industrial attachment is considered an integral part of the advanced diploma. In the event that a student cannot be placed in IA, the student will be allowed to complete a 5,000 word project in a maximum of two months.

The project topic (5,000 words) is set by the school, and students have a maximum of two months to complete the project after it is approved.
