SharePoint’s modern interface allows you to move or copy files very easily. You select one or more files and the ribbon/context menu gives you the options “Copy to” and “Move to”. It works in all libraries, with one exception: the “Site Pages” library. It is not possible to move pages using the interface and it is only possible to copy them within the library. If you want to copy/move a page between sites, you need to use a different approach.
