Interestingly, two of the people I interviewed said that even though they knew their inner personality types, the benefit was that they were good listeners. According to personal trainer Ronik Redelinghuis, being an introvert helps him to listen and remember what other people are saying. So he talks less and gets distracted, he asks people questions, and because people like to talk a lot, he can learn a lot about them.
